PGP are now appointed in the Contract Administrator and QS role on a care home project in the West Midlands. The Client needed a competent professional in both these roles to satisfy bank monitoring surveyor requirements to enable access to draw down funds from a bank loan. Having renegotiated contract terms and obtained key documentation funds are again flowing and works are proceeding.
PGP provided quantity surveying, project management and design services as part of this basement level fit out works for Curo Group in Bath. The works costing less than £200,000 represents an amazing transformation, from a somewhat oppressive basement space used for material storage to a bright multi-functional presentation and office environment. The fit out included new kitchenette, meeting room, storage, new WC's, refurbished showers and locker room. The space has new power and data outlets throughout, air handling system and low profile LED light fittings due to low ceiling height.
