The full new fit-out of an existing shell unit from inception to completion.
Relocation of an existing small animal first opinion practice currently situated approx 1.5miles away. The new premises will offer 3 x consulting rooms, separate dog and cat wards, theatre, dental suite, digital X-ray and ultrasound. The building was previously a Morrisons Local then a takeaway dessert outlet with a floor area of 300m2 (3229 sqft) with high visibility from a main road and on a limited occupancy retail park adjacent to three food units.
